A successful district sales coordinator will help you close that deal after you get that appointment. So, before you accept a position as a benefits advisor in a particular sales region, ask a lot of questions of the district sales coordinator.
An excellent district sales coordinator has been around the block a time or two and will know exactly what to do to bridge that gap. He can also teach you how to identify those prospective business clients that are diamonds in the rough and, therefore, show the most promise. With Aflac, go out there and work hard every day without stopping—even when you think things are going great.

Most state licensing boards have mandatory continuing education standards a would-be insurance agent has to meet.
This will not only help you internalize what you need to know about the job, but it will also impress your DSC.
